Unlike BRECOFLEX belts, which can be custom-made to specific lengths, SYNCHROFLEX belts are produced in molds and are only available in predefined lengths. This ensures they are readily available from stock and can be cut to the required width for quick delivery.

Each generation brings improvements, and GEN III is no exception! Combining high tensile steel cord tension members with wear-resistant polyurethane, these belts are dimensionally stable and extremely durable, making them ideal for high-performance applications.

GEN III enhances the power drives of the AT and ATP range of CONTI® SYNCHROFLEX truly endless polyurethane timing belts. This new generation boasts a 25% increase in power transmission compared to the AT/ATP standard. Additionally, it offers excellent value for money, as all CONTI® SYNCHROFLEX GEN III belts are compatible with standard AT/ATP pulleys. The bifilar tension member arrangement and higher packing density significantly improve performance benchmarks over the standard AT and ATP range. The increased strength allows engineers to utilise a greater number of load-carrying teeth.
