Polyvee Rubber Belts

Poly V belts are multi-V cross section belts with longitudinal v-shaped ribs that fit perfectly into corresponding pulley grooves, combining the flexibility of flat belts with the power transmission efficiency of V belts.

These belts are ideal for difficult drive conditions, supporting large transmission ratios, high belt speeds, small pulley diameters, and back idler pulleys. They provide economical solutions and are available in EPDM variants for automotive applications and elastic J section variants for conveyors. Poly V belts are suitable for compact designs with small sheaves, requiring minimal vibration and often eliminating the need for separate tensioning devices. They are ideal for serpentine drives in automotive applications, household appliances, and heavy machinery, offering increased horsepower per inch of belt width and enhanced smoothness.

They are resistant to oil, suitable for a wide temperature range, and perform well in tropical climates and counter-bending situations.
